Administrator Accounts
Authorized church administrators sign in via Google OAuth. We store their email address and name solely to authenticate access to manage schedules, liturgies, and parish news.
Donations & Financial Support
Online donations are processed directly through external, PCI-DSS compliant financial providers. We do not collect, view, or store payment card numbers on our servers.
Anonymous Website Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate page visits. No personally identifiable information or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

3. Facebook / Meta Webhook Integration

Our website integrates with our official Facebook Page via Meta Graph API and Webhooks to automatically synchronize public liturgical service announcements and schedule updates onto our public calendar.

  • Public Content Only: We only process public status updates and announcements posted by church administrators to our official Facebook Page.
  • No Private User Data: We do not access, store, or track personal Facebook user profiles, friends lists, private messages, or follower identities.
  • AI Processing: Public text from announcements is processed via Google Gemini AI solely to extract service dates, start times, and location details for the calendar.

4. User Data Deletion Instructions

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

In compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and Meta Platform Terms, you have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you.

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, administrator account, or any content associated with our Facebook or web services, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to archangelgabriel.secretary@gmail.com with the subject line: “User Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include your name, contact email, and a description of the data or account you would like deleted (e.g., administrator profile, inquiry record, or post reference).
  3. Our Parish Data Officer will verify the request and permanently remove your information from our database and records within 30 days.
  4. You will receive a formal confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
